Nico began his career in the yachting industry as a Charter Yacht Technician, working with several of the world’s leading charter companies. During this time, he developed extensive knowledge of yacht systems, repair protocols, and charter base operations. Building on this foundation, Nico went on to serve for several years as a Charter Base Manager for one of the most prominent charter companies globally. In this role, he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the base, ensuring efficient turnaround of fleets and top-tier service delivery.

With a deep understanding of charter logistics and client service, Nico transitioned into the roles of Charter Broker and Yacht Manager. These positions allowed him to combine his technical expertise with his interpersonal skills, offering tailored solutions to clients and managing yachts under charter with a high level of professionalism.

Currently, Nico oversees the Marine Project office in Palma de Mallorca, where he is responsible for the administration and management of the charter fleets and technical services under the Marine Project’s portfolio.
