Christian Hausser is a seasoned consultant and partner with a diverse background in business administration, asset management, marketing, and the superyacht industry. After studying business administration at the universities of Geneva and Eichstätt, he began his career as an executive in a renowned department store in Munich, before moving into entrepreneurship and consultancy.
Entrepreneurship and Early Career
In 2003, Christian founded Castelo dos Cisnes GmbH, an asset management firm with an affiliated financial communications agency. Within two years, he successfully listed the company on the German stock exchange under the name CDC Capital AG, where it remains active today under new leadership and expanded operations.
Marketing and Corporate Development
Driven by his passion for innovation and communication, Christian became a shareholder in Petersberk GmbH, a marketing and communications agency in Cologne, where he served as managing partner. Following a management buyout in 2009, he re-founded the agency as AMC-All Media Communication GmbH. The firm specialized not only in marketing but also in industrial design for maritime systems and corporate development consulting, based on methodologies such as SQQS, UMP, and Triz. He later sold the agency at its peak to a partner company.
Superyacht Brokerage and Consulting
In 2014, Christian acquired the German superyacht brokerage house Dahm International s.a.m., then based in Monaco. He was primarily responsible for finance, restructuring, marketing, and sales, bringing a structured, results-driven approach to the business. His extensive experience and strong financial background allow him to provide clients with well-founded, realistic, and effective consulting services.

An experienced sailor, he has participated in regattas and yacht transfers and also owns a boat in Mallorca. This personal experience as both sailor and owner provides him with practical insight that complements his professional expertise in the superyacht and maritime industries.

After studying business administration at the universities of Geneva (Switzerland) and Eichstätt (Germany), he started his career as an executive in a renowned clothing department shop in Munich.
In 2003 he founded his first independent company, Castelo dos Cisnes GmbH, which was an asset management company with an affiliated financial communications agency. After 2 successful years, Mr. Hausser decided to list the company on the German stock exchange under the name CDC Capital AG (WKN: A0DNBJ), where it is still listed today under new management and expanded business area.
His pronounced urge for new input, new experiences, and the use of his marketing and communication skills led him to Cologne, where he became a shareholder in a marketing &communications agency, Petersberk GmbH, and successfully built up and expanded it as a managing partner. After a management buyout in 2009, Mr. Hausser re-founded the agency, from which AMC-All Media Communication GmbH emerged and which was sold in its heyday to a partner agency. In addition to the classic agency activities, the main focus was on the areas of industrial design in maritime systems and corporate development consulting based on strategies developed specifically for this purpose (SQQS, UMP, Triz).
As a consulting and strategy expert with relevant business management expertise, he decided at the beginning of 2014 to purchase the German super yacht brokerage house Dahm internationals.a.m., which was based in Monaco at the time. In this company, Mr. Hausser was primarily responsible for the departments of finance, restructuring, marketing, and sales.
His career to date and the personal experience he has acquired over the years in the business is an essential asset for well-founded and realistic consulting services for all your tasks. His passion for boats and yachts has accompanied him throughout his career. He has been an enthusiastic water sportsman and sailor since his youth. In addition to taking part in various regattas and various yacht transfers, Mr. Hausser also owns his own boat on Mallorca and therefore has practical experience as an owner as well.
