My background as a rugby coach taught me how to plan, coordinate, and execute a strategy with a diverse team a skill I now apply daily to orchestrating technical works and projects for our clients. This ensures flawless communication and execution between captains, technicians, and shipyards.

I built my technical foundation on the front lines, working as a Repair Technician for a leading global charter company. There, I wasn’t just in an office; I was on the tools, solving problems, assisting management, and learning the intricacies of yacht systems from the inside out. This practical experience is what allows me to organize technical operations efficiently and with genuine understanding.

My commitment to social projects further instilled a deep sense of responsibility and perseverance. For me, a technical problem is simply a puzzle to be solved with diligence and integrity.
